This building is structured with a great formal freedom in order to best meet the programmatic needs of each apartment. Each functional unit receives direct sunlight.

The intermediate spaces, such as small patios, give a skin designed and digitally manufactured entirely in the city of Moreno. This skin, in addition to qualifying the balconies, serves as a sunshade and a visual filter, providing each apartment with extra space during summer season.
