COPA is presented as a disciplinary reflection on contemporary ways of living, the role of the periphery, and the importance of shared spaces in fostering micro-communities.

The building is located very close to the main motorway leading to the city centre and the railway line—two of the region’s most important transport routes, each used by a very diverse social group.
COPA's units adapt to diverse ways of living, broadening the range of potential users and fostering a dynamic community that both enjoys and engages with the building they inhabit.
